Deeds Solar Solutions Ltd. assumes no liability for damages resulting from installation by the customer (DIY) or by anyone other than Deeds Solar Solutions installers. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that only Deeds Solar installers handle the installation. We are not liable for damages caused by natural disasters (e.g., hurricanes, earthquakes, floods) or other force majeure events. Deeds Solar Solutions Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, losses, or costs related to the use or inability to use the solar energy system.
Deeds Solar Solutions Ltd. provides the following warranties for solar energy systems purchased from and installed by us:
The warranty period begins on the date of installation and applies only to the original purchaser, provided the system is paid in full. No warranty applies to unpaid items or items not purchased from and installed by Deeds Solar Solutions. In the event of a fault, Deeds Solar Solutions will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the faulty item after a full assessment. Replaced or repaired items will not receive an extended or additional warranty. The warranty does not cover fire, flood, natural disaster, non-typical use, accidents, modifications to the original installation, negligence, or faults caused by external electrical or mechanical issues.
Energy production estimates provided by Deeds Solar Solutions are based on typical conditions. Actual system performance may vary depending on specific site factors, weather patterns, shading, and other environmental conditions. Deeds Solar Solutions Ltd. does not guarantee specific energy production results or savings.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the installation and operation of the solar products comply with all relevant local building codes, electrical standards, and regulations in Belize. Deeds Solar Solutions Ltd. is not liable for non-compliance with local regulatory requirements.
Products may be returned within 14 days of purchase in their original, unused condition. Custom-made or special-order items are not eligible for returns. Refunds will be processed only after inspection and approval of the returned items. Shipping costs and installation fees are non-refundable.
Full payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. All items remain the property of Deeds Solar Solutions Ltd. until full payment is made. Deeds Solar Solutions Ltd. does not warrant unpaid items. Late payments will incur a 1.5% interest charge per month on the outstanding balance. Installation may be delayed or canceled until payment is made in full.
The customer is solely responsible for the correct use, maintenance, and operation of the solar system. Deeds Solar Solutions Ltd. is not liable for issues arising from improper use, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized modifications to the system after installation.
Deeds Solar Solutions Ltd. collects and stores customer data solely for purposes related to the sale, installation, and maintenance of solar products. This information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without the customer’s consent, except where required by law.
